    • Determination of elastic modulus by atomic force microscopy and microstructure analysis for polyurethane coating film

    • In the field of materials science, researchers have established a mechanical contact model between AFM probes and polyurethane coatings. By analyzing the mechanical test curve, the elastic modulus of the coating was determined, which is consistent with the literature and provides a new method for studying material properties.
