    • Microstructure and wear resistance of (Mg2Si+Si)/Al composites

    • In the field of materials science, researchers have prepared in-situ (Mg2Si+Si)/Al composites with different solidification rates using the melt casting method, and investigated their microstructure and wear resistance. Research has found that increasing the solidification rate enhances the wear resistance of composite materials, and the failure mechanisms are mainly adhesive wear and abrasive wear.
