Thermal conductivity and electrical insulation properties of fluorographene/polyimide composite films
“In the field of materials science, researchers have prepared fluorinated graphene nanosheets through ultrasonic exfoliation and successfully prepared fluorinated graphene/polyimide composite films with horizontally oriented thermal conductivity using hot pressing orientation technology. Research has found that increasing the amount of fluorinated graphene added can improve the in-plane thermal conductivity of composite films. When the mass fraction is 30%, the thermal conductivity can reach 2.4 W/(m · K). At the same time, the DC withstand voltage performance of the composite film slightly decreases, but the surface trace resistance performance increases, providing reference for the preparation of composite films with high thermal conductivity and high electrical insulation performance.”
