Effect of Ni content on performance of Ni/3YSZ electrolyte fabricated by fast hot-pressing sintering
“Ni doped 3YSZ solid electrolyte was prepared using electric field assisted rapid hot pressing sintering process, and the influence of Ni doping amount on the properties of sintered products was studied. The results show that when the Ni doping amount is 5%, the relative density can reach 98%, the ion conductivity can reach 6.24 μ S/cm, and the power density can reach 22 W/m2, providing a new approach to improve the low-temperature performance of SOFC electrolytes.”
